Developing a growing scholarship fund to assist families to overcome their respective financial hurdle and to enroll their child in CLCS is of critical importance. CLCS has an amazing opportunity to grow a scholarship fund through the Pennsylvania Educational Tax Credit (EITC) program. This business tax credit program provides eligible businesses with up to a 90% state tax credit by making a contribution through an approved EITC scholarship organization. Subsequently, this contribution will be made available to CLCS on a designated basis and used for student scholarships. The business can also claim this contribution as a federal tax deduction.
