Our Elementary classrooms strike a fine balance between systems and spontaneity to help foster in the student both accountability and a love of learning. In this environment, students learn to balance assigned work with self-guided follow-up. Students learn to manage their time while taking responsibility for the work that is expected of them.
The curriculum includes mathematics, language arts, geography, history, science, art, music, foreign language, bible/worldview and physical education. An excellent teacher to student ratio (1:8) allows time for students to have small group and one on one instruction. A warm, inviting classroom meets the needs of each student and challenges them to make the most of the gifts that they have been given.
Elementary classes meet from 8:45 – 3:00 five days per week.
